Transient Slip Rates: $2.00 per foot per night. Holiday weekends may have minimum reservation requirements.
In/Out Transient Rate: $35 per night.
All slips include 30 amp electrical service, water and cable TV. Wi-Fi is available at an additional charge.
The use of 50 amp or twin 30 amp power will be an additional $100/season.
Dockside pump out service is available for slips in sections “A” and “D fixed” only, from Memorial Day to Labor Day 16 times - $350.00. Individual mobile pump outs $25.00.
If you DO NOT store with Barrett Boat Works in the winter, a signed contract and a $750.00 non-refundable deposit are due by December 15.
If you DO store with Barrett Boat Works in the winter, a signed contract and a $750.00 non-refundable deposit are due by January 31.
All slip balances are due March 1.
Reserved slips not paid in full by due date will be re-rented and deposits will be forfeited.
